The Ultimate Stargazing Experience

Service Description

Immerse yourself in the ultimate stargazing experience with Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures. Our tour is the perfect introduction to the night sky, featuring a laser-guided constellation tour, deep space astrophotography, and the use of 8" computerized telescopes to bring celestial bodies right to your eyes. Plus, we never have more than 5 people to a telescope, so you can expect to have plenty of viewing time. We also capture stunning photos of our guests under the stars and share all deep-space images after the tour. We couldn't call this the Ultimate Stargazing Experience without providing chairs, hot drinks (tea and hot chocolate), and blankets to help you keep comfortable during your experience. After booking, you will receive detailed information about your experience, including directions, but to summarize what can be expected: -Meet at our viewing location -Laser-guided stargazing and constellation discussion -Deep space imaging using state-of-the-art smart telescopes -Telescope observation of Messier objects, planets, and/or the moon -Your photo under the stars -Chairs, hot drinks, and blankets provided *Please note that this experience takes place on private property where we do not have restroom access, but is otherwise ADA compliant*

Cancellation Policy

​ Cancellation and Refund Policy ​ At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits-including booking, and credit card processing fee. ​ Group Tours If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 3% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded. ​ Private Tours If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded. Due to the time taken for planning personalized programs, 50% of the total private tours deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including weather cancellations. In the event of a weather cancellation, 100% of your deposit will be applied to a future experience with us.  ​ To request a cancellation or a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@flagstaffstargazing.com.
