Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Flagstaff Stargazing Adventures, we understand that weather conditions can be unpredictable and may result in tour cancellations, which are disappointing and inconvenient for everyone involved. In the event that we need to cancel a tour due to unfavorable, unsafe, or uncomfortable weather conditions, we will make every effort to reschedule the tour for a mutually convenient time. If rescheduling is not possible, we will provide a full refund minus any non-refundable deposits-including booking, and credit card processing fee.

Group Tours
If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 3% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 24 HOURS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded.

Private Tours
If you need to cancel a tour for any reason, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 7 DAYS prior to your scheduled tour will be refunded in full, minus a 5% booking and credit card processing fee. Cancellations made less than 7 DAYS prior to the scheduled tour will not be refunded. Due to the time taken for planning personalized programs, 50% of the total private tours deposit is non-refundable for any reason, including weather cancellations. In the event of a weather cancellation, 100% of your deposit will be applied to a future experience with us.
